Buesaquillo ist ein Corregimiento der Gemeinde (municipio) Pasto im Departamento de Nariño in Kolumbien. Es liegt östlich bis nordöstlich des Stadtzentrums von Pasto.

Das Corregimiento hat laut offizieller Karte eine Fläche von 25,133 km².[1] Eine SIRED-Studie (Universidad de Nariño, 2011) gibt ≈ 12.500 Einwohner für das gesamte Corregimiento an.[2] Für die Cabecera („Hauptort“) Buesaquillo Centro werden etwa 1.600 Einwohner angegeben.[2] Dort befindet sich die Kirche Cristo Redentor des Bistums Pasto.[3]
Mehrere Bäche entspringen im Gebiet und speisen den Río Pasto. Die Nationalstraße I-25 (im Municipio de Pasto auch Variante Oriental de Pasto genannt) führt durch das Corregimiento Buesaquillo. Die Buslinie C5 von SETPasto führt durch Buesaquillo.
