Doo (Do′o) ist eine indonesische Insel im Timorarchipel (Kleine Sundainseln). Sie gehört zum Distrikt (Kecamatan) Ndao Nuse im Regierungsbezirk (Kabupaten) Rote Ndao (Provinz Ost-Nusa Tenggara).
