Der Kanton Quissac ist seit 1790 ein französischer Wahlkreis in den Arrondissements Alès, Le Vigan und Nîmes im Département Gard in der Region Okzitanien mit 28.239 Einwohnern (1. Januar 2023). Sein Hauptort ist Quissac. Durch eine landesweite Neugliederung der Kantone 2015 erhöhte sich die Zahl der zugehörigen Gemeinden von 12 auf 44.

Bis zur landesweiten Neuordnung der französischen Kantone im März 2015 gehörten zum Kanton Quissac die zwölf Gemeinden Bragassargues, Brouzet-lès-Quissac, Cannes-et-Clairan, Carnas, Corconne, Gailhan, Liouc, Orthoux-Sérignac-Quilhan, Quissac, Saint-Théodorit, Sardan und Vic-le-Fesq. Sein Zuschnitt entsprach einer Fläche von 141,11 km2. Er besaß vor 2015 einen anderen INSEE-Code als heute, nämlich 3021.
