Michael Ayers

Michael Richard Ayers (* 27. Juni 1935 in Wandsworth[1]) ist ein britischer Philosoph und emeritierter Professor der University of Oxford.[2] 2001 wurde er als Fellow (FBA) in die British Academy gewählt[3], 2006 als Mitglied in die Academia Europaea.[4]
Die inhaltlichen Schwerpunkte des Absolventen des St. John’s College in Cambridge[4] sind: Geschichte der Philosophie, Sprachphilosophie Metaphysik und Erkenntnistheorie.[3]
