The 2014 BRD Bucharest Open was a women's professional tennis tournament played on outdoor red clay courts. It was the inaugural edition of the tournament and was part of the International category of the 2014 WTA Tour. It took place at Arenele BNR in Bucharest, Romania between 7 July and 13 July 2014. First-seeded Simona Halep won the singles title.[1]
