Bikram Kumar Panda

Bikram Kumar Panda[1][2] is an Indian politician and a member of the sixteenth Odisha Legislative Assembly representing the Berhampur Vidhan Sabha constituency.[3][4][5] He is a member of the Biju Janata Dal (BJD) party.[6][7]
