Early life
Janse was born in Goes in Zeeland, where he played there for VV Kloetinge and JVOZ prior to joining Sparta Rotterdam in 2018. He joined the academy of Ajax in 2020.[2]
Career
Janse made his debut for Jong Ajax in the Eerste Divisie in August 2023 against SC Cambuur as a second-half substitute for Rida Chahid.[3][4] That month, he signed a three-year contract with the club.[5] He scored his first professional league goal on 15 December 2023 against Jong PSV.[6][7] On 19 August 2025, Janse joined Groningen on a season-long loan deal.[8]
Personal life
His brother Rijk is a goalkeeper who joined the academy at NEC Nijmegen in 2023.[2]
