William Joseph Dilworth (August 29, 1954–December 10, 2024) was an American abstract artist best known as the long-time keeper of Walter de Maria's The New York Earth Room for the Dia Art Foundation.[1]
Dilworth received a bachelor's degree from Wayne State University.
Dilworth became caretaker of The New York Earth Room in 1989.[2]
Dilworth also maintained the hand-wound tower clock at St Theresa's Church in Manhattan.[1]
