Cross Ratio Entertainment was founded in Singapore in 2015 by Dean Augustine[4], a veteran music executive with more than three decades of experience in the music industry. Before founding the company, Augustine held senior positions at music retailers and record labels including Tower Records Singapore, Gramophone, and the Asian operations of S2S Inc.[5] [6] [7] [8]

Partnerships and Distribution
In 2023, Cross Ratio Entertainment signed an exclusive global distribution agreement with Warner Music Singapore, enabling artists under the label to reach broader international audiences through Warner Music’s global network.[11] [12]
