Tom Davies (born 10 June 1999), known online as DovelyTom, is a British digital creator and disability advocate from Wales. He has been active in online fan communities since 2013, with a focus on pop artist Dove Cameron.[1] Davies has cerebral palsy and dyslexia, and has written about the experience of being a disabled content creator.[2]

Career
Davies began building an online presence in 2013 under the name DovelyTom, creating content centred on pop artist Dove Cameron.[1] He is active across TikTok, Instagram, X and YouTube, where he has built a fan community known as the Dovelies.[1] His content focuses on music commentary, cultural storytelling and fan community engagement.[1]
In January 2026, NerdBot published a feature article on Davies, describing him as a British digital creator who has maintained a consistent presence in online fan communities for over a decade.[1]
