Close

Since 2018 the duo becames one of the most important acts on the witch house and dark experimental south american scene.[3]

Humanfobia is renowned for their high volume of releases, including albums, EPs, and collaborations.[4] Notable releases showcase their evolving sound, sometimes incorporating more electronic or rhythmic elements. They have collaborated with other artists in the experimental, witch house and industrial scene like Mater Suspiria Vision, Brainquake, Eisenlager & many others.

Also they are pillars on micro-subgenres like vaporgoth & vapornoise. The duo across the years becomes an important reference in the creative commons netlabel underground scene. Their work is created only for experimentation purposes.[5]

History

Formation (2011–2014): Founded by Sábila Orbe as a solo project focusing on dark synth, glitch, and ambient genres.

The Partnership (2015–2025): Mist Spectra joined in 2015, bringing a visual aesthetic and evolving the sound toward a mixture of creepy, intense noise and, later, Spanish-language vocals and reversed vocal effects.

Style: Their sound is described as "ghostly" "haunted house music" often utilizing deep bass, strange tones, and emotional vocal performances.

Discography & Projects: Prolific in the underground scene, they have released numerous albums through netlabels, including 2019 works inspired by Asian horror (e.g.Yūrei) and "Bailo con mis Pesadillas".
