He has designed furniture and lighting for manufacturers such as Boyd Lighting, A. Rudin and Powell & Bonnell, including the Nest lighting collection for Boyd Lighting.[1][3]
Writing in Azure Magazine, Eric Mutrie described Oliveira’s work as balancing classic and contemporary design, and noted his exploration of both geometric and nature-inspired forms.[3]
Oliveira is also a co-founder of the Canadian furniture brand Ourse, established with Jason Henderson.[4]
A 2026 feature in The Globe and Mail described Oliveira as a co-founder of the brand and one of its product designers.[5]
