Mindset Health Pty Ltd is an Australian digital health company that develops app-based programs for chronic conditions using hypnotherapy and mind-body techniques.[1]] It was founded in 2018 by brothers Alex and Chris Naoumidis in Melbourne.[2] Its main product, Nerva, delivers gut-directed hypnotherapy for irritable bowel syndrome (IBS).[3]
