Draft:Mutual of America Building
High-rise building in New York City
From Wikipedia, the free encyclopedia
Mutual of America Building (also known by its street address 320 Park Avenue) is a 476-foot-tall (145 m) modernist skyscraper located in Midtown Manhattan, New York City.[1][2][3] The building has 34 floors and was completed in 1960 and renovated in 1995 by the Mutual of America Life Insurance Corporation. Renovation work began in 1993 and ended in 1995.[4] One of the mains reasons for the renovation was a significant problem with asbestos throughout the entire building.[5] The architects who designed the original building were Emery Roth & Sons, however, Swanke Hayden Connell Architects were the ones to redesign the building for its renovation. The building originally stood 425 feet (130 m) tall before the 1995 renovation.[6] Notable tenants include First Republic Bank, Raymond James, and the Mutual of America Insurance Company who uses the building as their corporate headquarters.[7]

Comment: If you can find some sources that aren't user-generated content or the building itself, I think it's notable enough. Smallangryplanet (talk) 12:59, 12 December 2025 (UTC)
