Prince Loupan is an active Indonesian racehorse. He became well known during the 2025 Merdeka Cup after he suddenly veered off course during the final stretch of the race, handing the victory to second place horse Naga Maja.[1] This became known as the "10 Million Rupiah Incident"[2] in reference to Japanese racehorse Gold Ship's "12 billion yen incident", where during the 2015 Takarazuka Kinen the horse appeared to panic and did not leave the starting stall. The incident was said to lose 12 billion yen in bets.[3]
