Notability?
I think there's still a long way to go until this article is ready for review and I plan to continue researching and writing on it. There are a bunch of recognized VAs working on this project, and I believe it received enough coverage (at least in Japan) to warrant a Wikipedia article. My only major reservation is that the coverage is indeed overwhelmingly in Japanese outlets (Natalie, RealSound, a mention in Billboard Japan). The only major mention I could find in an English language source was on Anime News Network. The article would probably rely heavily on primary sources and the one interview in Natalie.
I am unsure if it will be enough to fulfill notability. The majority of discussion has been in fandom-adjacent environments and I am aware that these aren't reliable sources. I will leave the sources I found so far here if anyone wants to pitch in (and also for ease of access).
