Notability
@Sinead RAU In order to establish notability, you've got to satisfy one of the categories of presumed notability or show significant coverage in multiple reliable sources. (Think of significant coverage as about 250 words or more.) Then you've got to find multiple sources with sig cov.
I think the best article you've got so far is the Bon Secours one.
The text about Tony Reddy is also out of place and I would suggest you create second draft page for him.
