Farná (Hungarian: Farnad) is a village and municipality in the Levice District in the Nitra Region of Slovakia.

The municipality lies at an altitude of 148 metres (486 ft)[2] and covers an area of 32.74 km2 (12.64 sq mi) (2024).[4]
