Flanby

Flanby (often misspelled "Flamby") is a French caramel custard (Crème caramel) marketed by Lactalis Nestlé Produits Frais, a joint venture between Nestlé and Lactalis agribusiness, sold in plastic pots. It is described as a wobbly pudding with a soft center.^[1]
