Kayode Akinsola

Oluwaseun Kayode Akinsola (born May 5, 1980) is a Nigerian lawyer and academic from Abeokuta who was the special assistant to the former governor of Ogun State, Gbenga Daniel.[1]

Dr. Akinsola is an author of 2 books, Corporate Governance in Nigeria: An Overview and Compliance with Nigeria Regulatory Agencies: A Guide.[2]

Biography

He graduated with a bachelor of laws from the University of Ibadan and later earned his barrister at laws from the Nigerian Law School and was called to the Nigerian bar. He also holds an MBA from the Business School Netherlands, and an LLM and PhD from Charisma University. A senior lecturer in the faculty of law at Chrisland University at Abeokuta, Akinsola is currently the Ag. Dean of the Faculty of law at the university.[3][4]

In 2024, he was sworn in as Notary Public of the Supreme Court of Nigeria by the Chief Judge of Ogun State, HON. Justice Mosunmola Arinola Dipeolu, Akinsola is a member of the Nigeria Bar Association, the International Bar Association, and the Chartered Institute of Arbitrators.[5]
