Khatima Legislative Assembly constituency is one of the seventy electoral Uttarakhand Legislative Assembly constituencies of Uttarakhand state in India. It includes Khatima area of Udham Singh Nagar district[2] and is a part of Nainital-Udhamsingh Nagar (Lok Sabha constituency).
