Luisa Menárguez was a Spanish harpist and educator, who taught several of the world's premier harpists of modern times, including her grand-niece,[1] Marisa Robles,[2][3] Nicanor Zabaleta,[3][4] and Maria del Milagro Azpiazu.[5] She was a professor of harp at the Madrid Royal Conservatory.[1] Joaquin Rodrigo composed harp music for Menárguez.[6]
