Matan Hozez (Hebrew: מתן חוזז; born 12 August 1996) is an Israeli footballer who plays as an attacking midfielder for Israeli Premier League club Hapoel Jerusalem.[1]

Hozez was born in Tel Aviv-Jaffa, Israel, to a family of Sephardic Jewish descent.
