Miguel Ángel Cruz (born 29 September 1955) is a Mexican long-distance runner. He competed in the marathon at the 1984 Summer Olympics.[1]

Cruz won the bronze medal in the marathon at the 1982 Central American and Caribbean Games. The following year, he won the bronze medal at the 1983 Pan American Games.[2][3]

Cruz finished 7th at the 1984 Los Angeles International Marathon, qualifying for the Mexican Olympic team in a personal best time of 2:14:12.[4]
