Raymond "Monch" Gavieres is a Filipino coach who serves as an assistant coach for the Magnolia Chicken Timplados Hotshots in the PBA.[1]

Coaching career
Gaviernes started as an assistant coach of his alma mater Letran Knights for two seasons under Louie Alas.[2] He was later served as an assiatnt coach of the Alaska Aces from 2013 until[3] its fold in 2021. He was later rehired with head coach Jeffrey Cariaso, assistant Franco Atienza, and general manager Dickie Bachmann by Aces' replacement, Converge FiberXers, but only being sacked after inaugural conference.[4][5] Later, he served as an assistant at Terrafirma Dyip.[6]
He was later tapped under LA Tenorio's coaching staff at Philippines men's U–17 team.[7] He also tapped as an assistant coach of Magnolia Chicken Timplados Hotshots when Tenorio is hired as its head coach.[8]
