Patelloida conulus

Patelloida conulus is a species of sea snail, a true limpet, a marine gastropod mollusc in the family Lottiidae,^[7] one of the families of true limpets.^[1]

Description

Length of shell is 4.9 millimetres (0.19 in)^[3]

Distribution

Distributed in East Asia region, from the northeast at South Korea,^[3]^[8] down to the Taiwan and Kinmen (Quemoy) around the Taiwan Strait^[3]^[5]^[2]^[9] and also in Hong Kong.^[1]^[10]^[11]

The shell lives in intertidal area,^[6] sometimes attached to sand basal or on top of rocks or shells inside calm sea bay.^[3]
