Priohybodus

Priohybodus is an extinct genus of hybodont from the Late Jurassic and Early Cretaceous periods. Previously known from deposits of Saharan Africa and the Arabian Peninsula (Libya, Somalia, Yemen, Ethiopia, and Tunisia),[1] it was also registered in the Tacuarembó Formation of Uruguay, with 22 isolated teeth and a dorsal fin spine.[2][3]
