Puncturella agger is a species of sea snail, a marine gastropod mollusk in the family Fissurellidae, the keyhole limpets.[2]

Description

The length of the shell attains 6 mm.[3]

The species belongs to a Benthos functional group.[2] It is a predator, feeding on both mobile and sessile prey.[2]

Distribution

This species occurs in the Gulf of Mexico and off Puerto Rico at depths between 249 m and 1966 m.
