Richnava (Hungarian: Rihnó) is a village and municipality in the Gelnica District in the Košice Region of eastern Slovakia.[4] Total municipality population in 2011 was 2,494 inhabitants.[5]

The municipality lies at an altitude of 370 metres (1,210 ft)[2] and covers an area of 6.96 km2 (2.69 sq mi) (2025).[6]

It has a population of 3634 people (31 December 2025).[8]
