Simit Sarayı is a Turkey-based food company founded in 2002 in Istanbul. In 2010, it opened its first international store in the Netherlands.[1] In 2012, it established both a pastry factory and a store in Saudi Arabia.[2]

As of 2025, the company operates 426 stores across 22 countries worldwide.[1]
In 2017, 10% of the company was sold to the Saudi Arabia-based Fawaz Alhokair Group for approximately $100 million.[1] In December 2019, it was announced that 51% of the company would be acquired by Ziraat Venture Capital.[3]
