Sandy Point, Bahamas
this is a proposal to clean and rewrite the Sandy Point, Bahamas article and merge it as a section in Abaco Islands, as Sandy Point does not seem notable in itself, and was not written in an encyclopedic manner, also it will gather more attention here in a better discussed article, what do you think? —-— .:nimbosa:. Area of Great Abaco & Little Abaco
Some sources quoted that the area of Abaco Islands (not individual island) is 776 sq. mi. (2010 sq. km). But what are the areas of individual islands? When I managed to use some online map tools to measure, I could only find that the area of Great Abaco is 950 sq km, while the area of Little Abaco should be around 50 sq km. I don't think my approximation would make an error that halved the area of that kind of sources. Does anyone have any idea? -✉ Hello World! 07:52, 3 July 2016 (UTC)
Demographics does not contain demographics
Except for population number, this section contains no information on demographics. Why does this section exist? Barefoot through the chollas (talk) 15:36, 16 June 2021 (UTC)

To add to article
To add to this article (in order to make it more properly encyclopedic): the origin/etymology of the place name Habacoa. Is this Lucayan for "large upper outer land"? 98.123.38.211 (talk) 23:28, 27 March 2025 (UTC)
