As mentioned before it was a CBBC television program which was based on a book which feature Alex Jennings a noteworthy actor and Andrew Davies who adapted it Dwanyewest 01:57, 13 November 2007 (UTC)

That alone does not make it notable. Many big name actors started in little shows, but those shows themselves do not meet the WP:Notability requirements for inclusion.
