Relations
Is this guy by any chance related to Brad Ference?Ohyeh 00:56, 6 August 2006 (UTC)
No, they are not related. Opendestiny 23:31, 15 February 2007 (UTC)
Canadian National Team (and Juniors)
If I'm not mistaken Ference also played on the Canadian juniors for several years (and I think the Canadian National team), but I'm not 100% positive, so if someone could verify that and add it, that would be awesome! Opendestiny 23:31, 15 February 2007 (UTC)
Suzuki Foundation
Hey, I was just thinking, maybe someone should put something about him being one of the lead guys with the NHLPA's pact with the Suzuki Foundation. But I don't know if we could stick that under "Playing career" or start a new heading. Any ideas? 64.231.89.41 (talk) 17:24, 9 December 2007 (UTC)
Yeah, it should be a separate section. Boston Bruin Andrew Ference voted for David Suzuki to be Greatest Canadian (Suzuki himself voted for the eventual winner Tommy Douglas) . —Preceding unsigned comment added by 24.77.75.185 (talk) 22:04, 15 August 2009 (UTC)

Change married to divorced. Confirmed with Andrew himself and can provide details if needed for proof. 2001:56A:7A8E:1C00:F2D9:3177:B6BD:21D3 (talk) 02:45, 16 October 2025 (UTC)
Question: Can you provide a source for this? Chess enjoyer (talk) 03:50, 16 October 2025 (UTC)
- The source is Andrew ference. 2600:4040:5C03:F600:F5C7:4EC0:1042:CA3C (talk) 23:41, 16 October 2025 (UTC)
- Yes but can you provide a source for his statement? --pro-anti-air ––>(talk)<–– 02:29, 17 October 2025 (UTC)
Not done: We need a published, reliable source for this information to be included. "Andrew Ference told me this" isn't good enough. Day Creature (talk) 07:15, 17 October 2025 (UTC)
- I'm Andrew Ference. Let me know what you need for the change. Aference (talk) 15:59, 17 October 2025 (UTC)
- A reliable source. --pro-anti-air ––>(talk)<–– 16:13, 17 October 2025 (UTC)
- https://en.wikipedia.org/w/index.php?title=Wikipedia:SELFSOURCE&redirect=no So, interpreting this 'self source' section, if I post something on my verified social media, it's good enough? Aference (talk) 16:28, 17 October 2025 (UTC)

Partly done: Unable to do much about this request because I can't figure out when you divorced. A post on your social media is literally enough for this claim, so if that doesn't exist then I can't do any further. AlphaBetaGamma (Talk/report any mistakes here) 10:38, 19 October 2025 (UTC)
