Different dates (pre- and post- 9/11) for ending U.S. participation in the ABM treaty
This article's 2nd sentence says the treaty was left before 9/11, and the link to the citation in that same sentence (http://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Anti-Ballistic_Missile_Treaty) says it happened afterwards. Tellsbadjokes (talk) 16:07, 21 August 2013 (UTC)

Hello fellow Wikipedians,
I have just added archive links to one external link on Bush Doctrine. Please take a moment to review my edit. If necessary, add {{cbignore}} after the link to keep me from modifying it. Alternatively, you can add {{nobots|deny=InternetArchiveBot}} to keep me off the page altogether. I made the following changes:
- Added archive http://web.archive.org/web/20081004112734/http://levin.nationalreview.com:80/post/?q=NzQyNjBmZjA2M2IzMDgzYjI1MWJiNTNjZmFjY2M5YzI= to http://levin.nationalreview.com/post/?q=NzQyNjBmZjA2M2IzMDgzYjI1MWJiNTNjZmFjY2M5YzI=
