explanation of the traditional six principles
I think the section "Traditional Shuowen Jiezi classification" should be moved up to just below the introduction, possibly retitled to something like "Traditional Six Principles," and include a clear and concise explanation of the six principles (which it currently does not).
I don't really have the expertise to do this myself, but you'll notice that the same article in all the Asian languages that actually use Chinese characters are themselves titled "Six Principles of Writing" (六書). Right now the English article is very rich in detail, but it is also lengthy and confusing, and it lacks the basic, simple concision of the six principles, which every researcher of any of the relevant languages will be aware of as foundational background knowledge long before jumping into their actual inadequacy as a classification system.
