Company registration

A friend in the USA has tried to check the company's registration, as has come up blanks. Independent verification needed. JFW | T@lk 22:21, 20 November 2025 (UTC)

Is this really a company?

I cannot find any registered entity for this company in Delaware as an INC or DBA. Same for TX,CA,NC, NY.

These details should be easy for the founders to produce if this is in fact a valid company.

Lots of concerns about this being out there as a safe option for patients if their data is not in anyway protected.

Similar for Tax Exempt status - it is not a non-profit. There is no IRS TEOS on file.

I have called the registrar for CareYaya - parentco., they were unable to verify.

NIH grant is to CareYaya. What am I missing? That grant is for elder care not AI denials? This could be a false claim unless they verify.

Is this a company or a sub-project. It seems unclear. Will report to NCDOJ also as may be a case of misrepresentation in the public interest.

Should this be a page right now? ~2026-13254-42 (talk) 22:56, 28 February 2026 (UTC)
