Regarding the number of homes that experienced flooding, I found this EMA page which says 13,00 homes. I have another source that says 14,000. McBride, Frank; et al. (2009). Brisbane 150 Stories. Depends if the info is preparations, impacts, or aftermath. Also typically we use a satellite image of a storm as the main image. Flood images can be included in the article as well. Hurricanehink mobile (talk) 14:15, 3 November 2025 (UTC)

Thanks for doing that. Yea, you're right that it was formatted as a flood article for a while. But seeing as the floods were caused by a tropical cyclone, it should be formatted like a tropical cyclone article. I renamed the Effects to "Impact" for that reason.
