Split
I propose splitting this into different articles for the differing jurisdictions, leaving a disambig here. Does anyone object? -- John Fader (talk | contribs) 21:00, 26 Apr 2005 (UTC)
given the fact that several countries are discussed in the article it is inappropriate to group it with law in england and wales. i move that the series sidebar therefore be removed.

Director of Public Prosecutions → Director of public prosecutions – Change to sentence case. It is not a specific office but a general term instead. Cfls (talk) 15:26, 19 April 2026 (UTC)
- Support. Given that the article is about multiple different countries, it cannot be a specific office. Katzrockso (talk) 16:30, 19 April 2026 (UTC)
- Support. It would be a proper name if it referred to only one office, but given it doesn't it isn't. -- Necrothesp (talk) 14:42, 20 April 2026 (UTC)
