Dubious
The article claims that Belik left his position as Head of Sevastopol on 13 May 2014 and was succeeded by Aleksei Chaly as acting Governor of Sevastopol. However, Chaly was already out of office by 14 April, replaced by Sergey Menyaylo. Can any sources clarify exactly what offices existed and in what order they were held?
