The availability in the public domain of the Nora Summers photographs of Thomas undercuts the fair use rationale used for the now removed McKenna image. Hence the Summers portrait removed from article body and now in the info box. There is currently a discussion of the relevant copyright matters over on Wikimedia Almanacer (talk) 10:52, 24 December 2025 (UTC)
