Joseph Horne CompanyHorne's – "Horne's" seems to be the WP:COMMONNAME. Most references to the chain call it "Horne's". See this and this for examples. Even the logo just says "Horne's". Compare Hudson's, Carson's, Ivey's, Hecht's, Wanamaker's, Prange's, and other department stores most commonly referred to in the possessive shortened form despite having longer full names. Also note that Horne's already redirects here, suggesting it is more commonly understood to be in reference to the department store than the restaurant.
