civilian casualties
This paragraph is misleading. Thoses numbers include civilians killed by the IDF etc. There should some breakdown of how many of those were killed by settler violence, which is the subject of the article. I haven't researched anything, but if there for e.g. 2 people killed by settler violence and 187 killed by the IDF (Pretty likely since there are a lot of people killed by the IDF) that is serious misinformation. That would be the equivalent of me putting a paragraph in Peter Schmeichel's page that together with Messi they have 758 career goals. — Preceding unsigned comment added by 80.179.139.53 (talk) 18:47, 9 December 2024 (UTC)

Description of suggested change:
The final sentence of the article needs clarification that the figures refer to *West Bank* Palestinian deaths, not total Palestinian deaths. The full figure including Gaza (as could be wrongly inferred) is far higher and still not complete.
Not sure of the ideal phrasing, but have added a suggestion
Diff:
| − | By January 2025, the Palestinian Ministry of Health stated that at least 870 Palestinians, including 177 children, had been killed by settlers and the IDF since the 7 October attacks. | + | By January 2025, the Palestinian Ministry of Health stated that at least 870 Palestinians, including 177 children, had been killed by settlers and the IDF in the West Bank since the 7 October attacks. |
