The reference to T. William Fair should be to T. Willard Fair. Tkoco (talk) 14:59, 6 October 2022 (UTC)

Bio seems biased

...licked clean, controlled, barely any mention of Jeb Bush´s deeply unethical "business" behaviors including lying abouot it (Miguel Recarey Medicare fraud scandal)- or rather covered up with miles of irrelevant text. Wuerzele (talk) 20:47, 26 September 2023 (UTC)

Need to mention he is known for “low energy”.

Says who? Do you have reliable, secondary sources to support such a claim? --Hammersoft (talk) 23:13, 17 December 2023 (UTC)

Propose merging Please clap into Jeb Bush. It will never be more than a stub, and makes more sense as a short section here Isaac Rabinovitch (talk) 15:25, 2 February 2026 (UTC)

If it were to merge, I think his presidential campaign article would be the better choice. Jessintime (talk) 20:19, 2 February 2026 (UTC)
You're right. Will do that if I don't get any negative feedback. Isaac Rabinovitch (talk) 22:12, 2 February 2026 (UTC)
so real ~2026-73177-3 (talk) 23:06, 2 February 2026 (UTC)
Oppose: wholeheartedly disagree here. The article has 19 references and was literally just written. Combing over it, the article seems to be completely fine (although, missing wikilinks in the citations, which is an easy fix that I don't want to do on mobile right now) and there could maybe be more references added. Also wouldn't consider this a stub; both per WP:STUBLENGTH and also just through personal judgement. References indicate sustained coverage. We don't need to nuke articles solely because they blow up on Twitter. Neo Purgatorio (pester!) 07:57, 3 February 2026 (UTC)
@Neo Purgatorio agreed!! don't merge. ~2025-32646-94 (talk) 05:00, 10 February 2026 (UTC)
Oppose: The saying "Please clap" has grown beyond Jeb over the years. As the last section of this page points out, it has also been applied to multiple other candidates since Jeb dropped out of the 2016 U.S. presidential race. While he started it, he does not define it - plus this article is no stub as User:Neo Purgatorio points out. I think we should keep this as its own separate article. Preceding unsigned comment added by TorahRight (talkcontribs) 12:26, 5 February 2026 (UTC)
