| Jeremy Corbyn was nominated as a Social sciences and society good article, but it did not meet the good article criteria at the time (January 15, 2023). There are suggestions on the review page for improving the article. If you can improve it, please do; it may then be renominated. |

Father
Sources come up online for his mother being a maths teacher, and for his father being an engineer (for GEC); nothing seems to come up with relation to his being an expert in power rectifiers. Where did this come from?
Opposition to Operation Desert Storm
This article doesn’t mention Corbyn’s opposition to Operation Desert Storm, despite his multiple speeches about it, I think this should be mentioned in the article, but I’m unsure where. Bean guy2 (talk) 17:51, 22 May 2025 (UTC)
- Perhaps more detail could be added to the Stop The War section about Jeremy Corbyn's involvement at the million-plus anti-war march in London, plus his questioning of the so called 'Special Relationship'? (Updated) 2A00:23CC:E914:E801:6139:43F2:6B7E:875 (talk) 14:52, 20 July 2025 (UTC)
“SCG”
“Remains a member of the socialist campaign group”.
can this be removed? He isn’t a member of the group because he’s no longer a member of the Labour Party. 2A02:C7C:D19B:5F00:21DF:CC29:4298:9CCD (talk) 00:17, 16 July 2025 (UTC)
- It's not unheard of even for MPs who have been completely expelled from the party to remain in the SCG - I believe Claudia Webbe was still a member before being voted out of Parliament last year. Having said that, Corbyn having announced he is forming a new party seems like a more decisive break, and he is no longer listed as a member in the SCG article. I've changed the sentence to the past tense rather than removing it altogether. Mark and inwardly digest (talk) 17:16, 24 July 2025 (UTC)
Details about new Party
Despite Wikipedia having an article about the formation of the new Party, is not the Your Party section in this article a little on the short side? To address this lack of detail, might not a few lines about the aims, objectives and background to the new Party be added to this article? 2A00:23CC:E914:E801:4F3:B47A:CC54:4391 (talk) 08:21, 25 July 2025 (UTC)
- Wikipedia isn't a mirror for the party's website. Only what is reliably-sourced and encyclopedic belongs here. Yue🌙 18:21, 25 July 2025 (UTC)
- And while Wikipedia should avoid acting as anyone's public relations machine, might it not highlight facts and information? 2A00:23CC:E914:E801:88B3:5875:EFD8:9A13 (talk) 14:25, 26 July 2025 (UTC)
- P.S: Given that the section on 2024 UK general election platform as Reform UK within the Reform Party article reads like an overly-long election handout, why cannot this article give an overview of the Your Party? 2A00:23CC:E914:E801:B921:8CD0:36E7:FF32 (talk) 18:29, 29 July 2025 (UTC)

Mention he is leader of 'your party' now that he has officially registered with the electoral commission. 2A00:23C7:F593:501:41A:BA15:672:6B28 (talk) 14:50, 1 October 2025 (UTC)

Add that he is leader of Your Party in the infobox or at least the interim leader. Please change the infobox from its current state to this new state in which he is the leader. 148.88.245.200 (talk) 15:09, 7 October 2025 (UTC)
Not done: it's not clear what changes you want to be made. Please mention the specific changes in a "change X to Y" format and provide a reliable source if appropriate. Thanks for trying to improve the page, but edit requests need to be very obvious and sourced since volunteers usually don’t have a background in the topic.Slomo666 (talk) 16:19, 7 October 2025 (UTC)
