2007 deletion-request review

I fail to see how this meets the criteria for speedy deletion under any guideline, let alone WP:CSD#A3. Could the nominator provide further rationale as to why these lists I created are their target, while thousands of similar lists exist on Wikipedia without such headaches involved? (Mind meal 04:13, 22 July 2007 (UTC))
Expand list using table
The current list is an alphabetical collection of names without any other information or references. A table format similar to the List of blues musicians would be able to accommodate additional information, which may be sorted so it groups by date, genre, etc. Propose to divide into sections:
- Pre-1940 – earliest, mostly acoustic blues
- 1940–1969 – the beginnings of electric blues through early rock
- 1970–1999 – further diversification
- 2000–present – contemporary players
