Title
Mergers have created a mess
These mergers were apparently performed in ignorance of the distinction between the Megaco protocol and the MGCP protocol and the overall architecture common to both. These are specific and non-interoperable implementations of the concept, that now seems attempted to be described in the Media Gateway Control Protocol architecture. These mergers should be reversed and the distinction emphasized. The articles now also contain much copy-pasted material from copyrighted manufacturers sources, rather than original prose.
