The launch of a new office in Mexico City demonstrates business development and growth. Showing a consistent pattern of winning significant clients and getting media coverage signals the agency's growth and relevance in the industry.

Please Add (after the paragraph about the Brigadier General Jeffrey Sinclair story): MikeWorldWide Senior Vice President Josh Zeitz stated that the firm aimed to ensure a fair trial by providing hundreds of pages of supporting documentation. He added that the agency protected the accuser's anonymity and was “dead set against” campaigning against her ^[4]. Zeitz said that the nomination was for crisis management work, calling it a common practice in public relations.^[5]

Neutral Point of View (NPOV): The page is currently not presenting all significant, verifiable viewpoints. The quotes from MWW Senior VP Josh Zeitz present the firm's viewpoint regarding the controversial case and PR award nomination.

Thank you for the feedback! I would like to clarify why the sources cited, PRWeek and O'Dwyer’s, meet the criteria for WP:RS and WP:INDEP in the context of this specific edit:

• PRWeek and O'Dwyer's are trade publications not a wire service (PRWeb/BusinessWire). They belong to independent private publishers, which are non-affiliated with the subject. O'Dwyer's is published by a 50-year-old independent firm, and PRWeek is owned and published by the Haymarket Media Group.
• Both sources provide staff-written reports, not a reprint of a press release or 'contributed' or 'sponsored' content. For example, the cited reports were authored by industry journalists, including Steve Barnes (Associate Editor at O'Dwyer's), and reporters Jess Ruderman, Noah Zuss, and Thomas Moorre (PRWeek).
• These sources are being used to verify a non-controversial facts, which are a standard application of trade media on Wikipedia to establish corporate structure and history.

O'Dwyer's is a public relations firm in New York so they can't be used under policy on the usage of PR firms as sources.
