Article review
It has been a while since this article has been reviewed, so I took a look and noticed the following:
- There are uncited statements in the article, including entire paragraphs. These should be cited.
- The article is over 10,700 words long. After skimming the article, I noticed lots of places where information can be removed or moved to a spun out article. This included outdated information that has been updated (2008 demographic information), information about the city's history, and the "Culture" section.
- There are several references with "cite errors". These should be resovled.
- "Catherine of Bragança (1638–1705)". claims it is from the BBC, but the link does not go to a BBC website.
- Sportskeeda is not considered a reliable source on Wikipedia and should be removed.

- Uncited statements, including entire paragraphs.
- Fixed.
- The article is over 10,700 words long. After skimming the article, I noticed lots of places where information can be removed or moved to a spun out article. This included outdated information that has been updated (2008 demographic information), information about the city's history, and the "Culture" section.
- Trimmed 32kBytes from the text, down to 9k words. Removed a lot of old stuff, especially where there are "main" links.
- There are several references with "cite errors". These should be resovled.
- Merged duplicate refs.
- "Catherine of Bragança (1638–1705)". claims it is from the BBC, but the link does not go to a BBC website.
- Fixed.

Repeated changes to infobox images
Phenomenal78 has now 5 times made changes to the article's images, repeatedly inserting what are visibly poor choices of lead image in a highly conspicuous place, and ignoring edit comments from multiple editors, an "invisible" comment actually in the text, and a friendly notice (not a formal warning) on their talk page: indeed they deleted the notice, without replying to it. This is bordering on openly disruptive, especially as this edit both deleted the invisible comment urging them to come to this talk page rather than keep changing the infobox images, and (re)inserted three images at once into the infobox. It would be best if they'd now discuss their edits; if not, it would be useful to know what other editors think of the changes, and we can decide what action may need to be taken. Personally, I'd revert all their edits as undesirable, making the infobox less descriptive of the city with two over-large images taking up most of the space rather uninformatively and dwarfing the other images: it was far better balanced before. I noticed that the section discussing the city’s local transportation briefly mentioned the suburban railway but did not clearly explain how central it is to daily life in Mumbai. Add a short sentence explaining that the Mumbai Suburban Railway is one of the busiest commuter rail systems in the world and that it serves millions of passengers every day.
