Statistics
For each nation the source gives incidence, frequency as ratio and percentage, and rank in nation, as well as giving the total worldwide incidence. I have computed the percentage of worldwide incidence as
- (incidence in nation) / (worldwide total incidence)
and rounded the percentages and incidences to 2 and 3 significant digits respectively. This is not considered original research; see WP:CALC. --Thnidu (talk) 05:39, 31 March 2017 (UTC)
Jim / George - please stop spreading false information
there is small group of user, who keep on changing and spreading false information on this article
they refuse to accept authentic reference , including books authored by western scholars,
its surprising to see there is small group of people sitting on internet and constantly monitoring this page, as soon as correct is posted they within 5 min change it to false information. some one would only behave in such manner if they have personal agenda or being paid bysome.
Please stop spreading false information on this nobel family, who are mentioned in Quran and Sunnah. — Preceding unsigned comment added by (talk • contribs) 08:50, 6 October 2017 (UTC)
- Dear Al-Quraish. I see you've been blocked for now. After your block ends, please try to learn how Wikipedia works. Wikipedia requires citations to reliable, authoritative, and neutral third-party sources. Two good sets of Wikipedia guidelines that I have found really useful can be found HERE and HERE. Dear George, not sure who you work for, as a neutral observer, I see you keep on forcing your view point on an authentic update by Al-Quraish - its common knowledge in Muslim world who Qureshis are apart from few narrow minded people who propogate faslse information like you are doing, please read the reference provided by Al-Quraish.
@Admin, you / Wiki is loosing its credibility- due to editors like George. — Preceding unsigned comment added by 185.108.128.56 (talk) 16:12, 6 October 2017 (UTC)
- @Al-Quraish: Your edits have few sources and you have turned the article into a promotional piece for the Qureshi families. That is in conflict with Wikipedia policy and is unacceptable. Jim1138 (talk) 18:25, 6 October 2017 (UTC)

"They are entirely Sunni Muslims, and are fairly orthodox." Comment
It's hard to believe that an extended family group of 1.5 million people all have the same religious views. At the very least some of those living in the West are likely to be non-religious. --Boreas74 You'll catch more flies with honey 11:46, 13 July 2019 (UTC)

AI generated
Hi -- I've tagged this as AI generated due to this diff, which has the ChatGPT UTM parameter included and displays other signs. It needs fact checking, review, possibly removal. Gnomingstuff (talk) 00:21, 17 August 2025 (UTC)
