Talk:Saint John Sea Dogs

From Wikipedia, the free encyclopedia

Questionable notability:removed

"Their new starting goaltender is none other than the wonderful Travis Fullerton from Riverview ,New Brunswick. He is going to be a huge contribution to the team."

I removed the above section for questionable notability. I'm sure he's a nice kid, but I don't he's done anything special enough to be in the introduction. Flibirigit 06:35, 1 January 2007 (UTC)

Fan Biases on the Page

Hello Wikipedia memebers,

I have made changes to the page to clean it up and remove fan biases. I'm sure the writer meant well, but it seems like they are still mad about the St. John Flames relocating, saying things like "hockey void". I think were all set to remove the warning on this page.

Updates to Sea Dogs staff information

Hello, I have some suggested edits for this article:

The Sea Dogs president is Trevor Georgie and the owner is Scott McCain.

Sources:

The sources give no information about when these men began their respective roles with the team, such as when McCain bought the team or when Georgie was hired. Since neither person has their own Wikipedia biography, I'm not sure mentioning them is overly encyclopedic. Flibirigit (talk) 19:43, 20 August 2025 (UTC)
Good point. Are these ones better? Both mention actual years/dates they took over.

Added a brief mention into the team's history section. Flibirigit (talk) 19:45, 27 August 2025 (UTC)
